Store Manager
Come Christmas, customers make a beeline for stores, making a Store Manager’s working hours longer and more stressful. However, the daily execution of business strategies and plans and the supervision of store sales, staff and merchandise have their perks - you may receive attractive discounts to light up your home, stock up the holiday pantry, and gift-shop to your heart’s content! So, go ahead and set the tone for each day in your store, inspire your colleagues and care for your customers.
Retail Salesperson
According to Jeffrey Gitomer, great salespeople are relationship builders who provide value and help their customers win. A successful Retail Salesperson helps customers ‘win’ when they leave the store satisfied beyond their expectations - not just with the merchandise they intended to purchase but with a viable solution to their problem or means to attain their goal.
Customer Service Manager
There is only one boss. The customer! And the customer can fire everybody in the company from the chairman downwards, just by spending their money somewhere else. Customer Service Managers ensure outstanding customer service in their organization and thereby its success.
