The University Master's Degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language is an official title, the study plan having been published in BOE number 45 of February 20, 2018.
This training is accredited by the Madri + d Foundation, being an official university degree that allows obtaining, depending on the bases of each call, a higher score in the scale of the opposition to teaching or in Public Administration competitions.
Addressed to
University Graduates in Undergraduate, Bachelor's or Diploma in the different areas of Modern Languages, Philology, Linguistics, Translation, Education Sciences, Humanities, Pedagogy and Communication Sciences and language professionals who wish to specialize in teaching Spanish as a language foreign.
They will also be able to access it from other university degrees as long as the candidate has completed a training course related to the teaching of foreign languages, has experience in learning languages or has experience as a teacher in teaching languages and can accredit it by means of a file of subjects passed or certified by the center where he teaches classes with a minimum of 250 hours, as a teacher of a foreign language.
In the event that there are candidates whose mother tongue is not Spanish, they must accredit / certify a C1 level of knowledge of Spanish, of the European Framework of Reference by means of a DELE diploma from the Instituto Cervantes or equivalent. In the absence of such accreditation, passing a C1 level test of Spanish carried out by the university will be required.
Main objective of the Master
To train qualified professionals in the field of Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language, providing them with a practical and competitive profile that enables them to carry out their professional work properly and with guarantee of success, facilitating their integration into a labor market of enormous international projection.
The master is programmed so that the following specific scientific objectives are met:

Teaching system
